Egg Curry (Khatta Anda Curry)


Khatta Anda Curry(Egg Curry)

Egg Curry (Khatta Anda Curry) is a sour and spicy egg gravy. The yogurt helps balance the spicy flavour and adds the extra tangy flavour. This tastes great with rice.

Ingredients

8 boiled eggs cut in halves
1 onion chopped fine
4 cloves garlic chpped fine
3 tomatoes pureed
a little corander leaves chopped
2 tsp shan sindhi biryani masala
1/2 cup yogurt mixed properly to avoid lumps
a little oil

Directions

Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Let it fry until it is golden brown.
Then add the garlic and cook for 2 more mins.
Then add the tomatoes and the masala.
Let it cook until the tomatoes are completely cooked and the oil starts separating.
Then add the boiled eggs and let it cook for 5 mins. Let the eggs absorb the flavour.
Remove the pan from fire and carefully add the yogurt. Mix properly with out breaking the eggs.
Serve immedietly with basmati rice.
