Seekh Kabab


Seekh Kabab

Seekh Kabab mouthwatering, juicy chicken kabab to grace any occassion as an appetizer or to be had anytime

Ingredients


1 lb ground chicken (kheema)
2-3 tsp whole coriander roasted and pounded (not powder)
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp kabab masala or tandoori masala
1 tsp mint chutney or finely chopped mint leaves
1 pinch tumeric
1 small onion chopped
1/2 cup oil to shallow fry
salt to taste

Directions

In a bowl mix all the ingredients together except the oil.
Grease your palms with oil and shape the chicken mixture into sausage shaped 4-5 inch tubes.
In a pan heat oil and shallow fry the prepared kabab mixture, turning frequently until each side is browned and the chicken is well cooked
Remove the kebabs into absorbant paper.
Serve with coriander mint chutney and thinly sliced onions and naan.
