Red chilli powder per taste
1 capsicum/green bell pepper cut into cubes
½ cup green peas
1 medium size onion chopped fine

2-5 cloves
2-3 elaichi pods

1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
½ cup light cream (available in dairy section)
Oil
Directions
Take a tsp of oil and stir fry the paneer cubes till golden brown and keep it asideIn a pan, add some oil, jeera, cloves and elaichi pods.
When done, remove the cloves and elaichi pods and keep them aside.
Add the onions and fry until golden brown, add the ginger and garlic paste.
Next add the paneer masala ( a couple of teaspoons – I add 2-3) and red chilli powder
When it roasts a little add the crushed tomatoes.
Keep stirring until the oil has separated from the masala.
Using either a hand mixer or grinder make a fine puree of the above.
Put the mixture back into the pan and add back the cloves and elaichi pods taken out earlier.
Add the light cream and stir. Add some water or more light cream as per your preference.
Add the chopped capsicum, fried paneer cubes, green peas and salt.
Simmer the gravy until done.
