Tetti Sukka (Mangalorean Style Egg Masala)
Tetti Sukka is a spicy dry egg side dish. The combination of coconut, spices and the fragrant curry leaves makes this dish unique. It is my favourite egg recipe

8 large egss boiled and cut in halves1 string curry leaves
1½ teaspoon oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 pinch methi (Fenugreek) seeds

2-3 flakes of garlic chopped fine
1 onion chopped fine
3-4 cloves garlic chopped fine
Directions
In a small pan add oil then add mustard seeds, when they start crackling add methi, pepper, red chillies, coriander seeds and jeera. Let it fry till the chilles are a little reddish brown. Do not burn them.Grind this with coconut without water. Make a fine powder.
In a pan add oil, add the mustard seeds. When they start crackling, add the onion and let it cook till it is golden brown.
Then add the garlic and let it cook for 2 mins. Add the curry leaves.
Then add the grind mixture and fry it. Fry this until the coconut is cooked and is reddish brown in color to this add the egg pieces and mix well. Take care not to break the egg pieces. Let the masala cover the eggs and let it cook in low flame for 10 -15 mins.
